All our livery options include:

• Stable and individual paddock 
• Use of all facilities

External four box yard can be rented out separatley on a DIY basis, complete with private tackroom. Please contact us to discuss. 

Our yard is equipped with CCTV which is monitored 24/7, a coded padlock to the main gate and a security post in place each night - also with coded padlock. 

The paddocks are maintained and are a combination of post and electric tape. Individual or paired turnout is available. In the summer months, horses can be turned out 24/7; and in the winter, turnout is restricted to daily (weather permitting). Each owner is required to provide an energiser for their horse(s) field.

We organise routine worm counts.
